For Not-for-profit Clients
Developed a business feasibility and market scope study for a Preclinical and Clinical Development Infrastructure plan for a major Economic Development Authority so that it might understand certain factors in the possible establishment of a new research service center on an academic campus to address current and future research needs of the biomedical community. The outcome of this study was the design of a regional Drug and Device Development Institute including multi-institutional collaboration in innovation and the capacity to internally fund promising innovations. Our work included financial resource identification, industry, academia, and public sector affiliation framework development and governance structure identification.
