Nikki Borman founded Borman & Company, LLC as a logical extension of her 19+ year involvement in early stage technology development and licensing. Ms. Borman has been an active adviser on intellectual property matters and a catalyst to some of the most prestigious academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies. She has an extensive track record of developing and implementing enhanced business models, workflows, financial structure, and regulatory reporting for major clients. Through the years she honed her skills in positions at MIT, KPMG, Ernest and Young and PwC.
