BACKGROUND

Kevin Barquinero has extensive experience in innovation management in the federal government, universities, industry, research hospitals, non-profit research institutions, and federal laboratories.   As the founder of Knowledge Sharing Systems, LLC he transferred and commercialized government technology into a leading innovation management software and consulting company serving the technology transfer industry.  During his government service at NASA he implemented agency-wide management of it technology commercialization program and was the lead commercial policy analyst for the space station program.  His approach focuses on managing data such that it can be a proxy for expertise thereby providing clients the ability to manage their innovation knowledge.  Embedded in this approach is expertise in systems design and development.
